Terms & Conditions of the Membership :
1)
Membership is non-transferable & non-refundable.
2)
Membership is subject to the managing committee. VAIT reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application without assigning any reason.
3)
Membership shall have to produce adequate documentary proof like partnership deed, memorandum & articles of association, GST Regn Certificate, MSME Regn Certificate, ID Proof, etc. as and when asked by the VAIT managing committee.
4)
Member shall have to clearly mention the names and status of all the partner/directors of the company.
5)
Business profile of the applicant should accompany registration fee.
6)
Any fresh application should accompany registration fee.
7)
All cheques/DDs/UTR are subject to realization.
8)
Member shall abide by all the rules & regulations laid down by VAIT from time to time.
9)
Member fee is as per the accounting year from 1st April of the Current year to 31st March to the next year.
10)
Subject to Valsad Jurisdiction.
